When Jolly's bowl opens on chain, put $JOLLY in it. Care is paid from it, and bowls share the META gifts.
Once the bowl is open, once a day each: feed 4,000, play 3,000, nap 2,000, pet 1,000 $JOLLY. Half is burned, half goes back to bowls as treats. Until then, care is free practice.
Every buy and sell pays a 2% tax in META. Until the bowl opens, creator fees go to the launch wallet. After that they fill the gift pool.
